My Story
I have been in the health and fitness industry for 16 years as a Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach and a Personal Trainer. My passion is nutrition with a mindset of good food equals good energy!
How it Works
We offer two calorie options for each meal. Option one a Skinny meal which is approximately 400 calories. Option two a Hearty meal which is approximately 600 calories. Both packed full of protein and high quality clean ingredients. A new menu is released every Tuesday to ensure variety, all orders are due by noon on Thursday. Meal pick up is Sundays 5pm at the kitchen, delivery is available to the Sun Prairie/Deforest area for an additional fee. Extra meals will be available for pick throughout the week at Sunny Nutrition in Sun Prairie.
